[HISTORY]
Born in Mould-on-the-Wold, Dumbledore excelled in academics at an unbelievable rate even as a young child. When he entered Hogwarts, he was considered the most gifted wizard ever seen in the school. Unfortunately, his family life was not ideal for such a talented boy. His sister had been attacked by muggle children who had seen her doing magic and she had never been the same mentally. A day later, his father was imprisoned in Azkaban (where he later died) for attacking the children in revenge. Kendra, his mother, then moved the reminants of the Dumbledore family to Godric's Hollow where rumors began to spring up about Ariana being abused.
At 17 years old, Albus fell in love with Gellert Grindelwald, another gifted and talented boy, but who had terribly let Albus down when he realized what Gellert was capable of. He later fought Gellert, who had turned bad, and won the Elder wand that the two as teenagers had spent so long discussing. They were bonded by the search of the Deathly Hallows and after Ariana's death, Albus realized he was never to be trusted with exclusive power.
Having realized his deep desire to teach children, Albus took the Transfiguration professorship and while there, he had introduced the wizarding world to a young child named Tom Riddle. Although he didn't trust Riddle due to his experience with Gellert which had taught him how to be more cautious concerning those who desire power, Albus brought him to Hogwarts where Tom became Lord Voldemort.
Since Lord Voldemort's rise to power, Albus has been leading the Order of the Phoenix in an attempt to bring Tom Riddle to ruin. His only desire is to right the wrongs he commited in his past of which he has only regret.

"Whatever were you thinking, Arthur?" Molly Weasley was saying as she crashed through the door into the kitchen laden with bags and a giant hat with green feathers protruding from it which dangled helplessly in front of her face, swaying back and forth with her movements. She grumbled to herself. "Well, I never...a muggle restaurant...hours waiting for food..." could be heard under her breath as she dumped the bags on the table and swiftly removed her wand to direct the contents to their proper places in the cupboards or onto the counter to begin chopping, mixing and frying for breakfast. She removed the hat next and allowed it to flop upon the table nearest to Ginny. "Ah, you're awake then. Wonderful. How did you sleep, Ginny dear?" Molly lifted Ginny's chin to look into her face. "Why is your hair such a mess? Loose your hairbrush again?"
With another flick of her wand, she directed the tomatoes, green and red peppers and onions into the frying pan then waved the fridge door open to get the eggs when she spotted Percy. "Oh, Percy, so glad to see you up. Your father brought home the meeting minutes from the Minister's meeting on student internships at the Ministry. Don't forget to thank him for it, too. You know how hard it was for him to get permission to bring home Ministry documentation for his underage son?" Molly looked her son up and down, taking special note of his grimace and disheveled appearance. "Dear me, did you just wake up?" It was highly unusual for Percy to not have gotten up at the time he desired and the night before he had spent several minute elaborating upon how he wanted to get up at the crack of dawn to finish his chores and his homework. She eyed him carefully before snapping at no one in particular.
"Where are your brothers?" Moving swiftly to the staircase bottom, she screamed up the spiral steps. "Fred! George! Ron! Kitchen - now!"
