The third floor of St. Mungo's centers around the treatment of potion and plant poisoning and the effects of such, such as Rashes, regurgitation and uncontrollable giggling.

The fourth floor of St. Mungo's centers around the treatment of spell damage such as unliftable jinxes, hexes, and incorrectly applied charms. A permanent residence ward is also located on this floor for patients whose brains have permanent magical damage.
